You can gather input from users in different ways:

There's an option to gather free-formatted feedback from end-users on every step in an instruction or checklist.

How happy are end-users with your content? Collect data with tools like star ratings or yes/no questions.

Sign-off.
Sign-offs can be added to the end of any instruction or checklist. Add Sign-off to collect data on:
- Who completed a task, when, and where.
- Analyze reports in the platform or export.
- Enrich training records and assess skill levels.
Get notifications.
Receive email notifications when:
- Someone leaves feedback on content you've created.
- Team members sign off on an instruction or checklist.
- Approval updates for a Guide you've created or edited.
